50-54 Red Bank, a gateway site for a residential led scheme within the Northern Gateway Strategic Regeneration Framework.
Two buildings, will provide 509 homes within the heart of Manchester City Centre.
The site is located next to the Victoria North masterplan and the Red Bank Viaduct, which is proposed within the wider masterplan as an elevated park along the disused railway line.
The site has been split into two plots to maximise the area of public realm.
Block A, a 17 storey building is located to the south of the site, the building is linear in form. Block B, a 43 storey tower is located to the north. to maximise the daylight penetration into the site.
The front doors to both building address the central public realm plaza, with resident’s amenity overlooking the public park.
