Jon Matthews commenced and was Lead Director on the following projects during his time at 5plus Architects: 10-12 Whitworth Street West, Axis, Blackfriars, Brazennose House, Back Turner Street, Meadowside, No.1 Old Trafford, Oxygen, Portugal Street East and Plot 9. When Jon set up the practice, clients transferred these projects to Jon Matthews Architects to ensure Jon delivered the design vision through to completion. Jon Matthews was Lead Director on The Hive which was delivered during his time at 5plus Architects. Jon Matthews Architects wish to acknowledge that copyright of the original design concepts of these schemes and all materials produced during Jon’s time at 5plus remain the intellectual property of 5plus Architects Ltd and are used by Jon Matthews Architects under licence to enable delivery and completion.
