10 South Parade is an interior retrofit scheme of an existing office building located within the heart of Leeds City Centre.

Our approach to the interior design and specification of materials was to optimise the use of recycled, low carbon and locally sourced materials to deliver a truly sustainable and uplifting space.

There is clear legibility of space and use. A new reception area was created, improving the sense of arrival for this commercial building.

A new coffee shop was introduced which caters for both tenants and visitors to the area. The business lounge and coffee shop activate the extensive street frontage along South Parade.

The internal programme of the business lounge includes flexible co-working spaces, quieter serviced office space, meeting rooms and private zoom booths.
